Training goals

The Primary English training program at Cambridge English is designed with the motto: "Nurturing talent". Our primary goal is to build children's passion for English. From an early age, children form the concept that "learning English is easy and fun". This concept will follow children throughout their journey of learning and applying English. After finishing the elementary English level, students will no longer be afraid to meet foreigners and will be able to speak confidently, fluently, and pronounce according to international standards.

At the end of the Primary English program, students can:
Expand basic grammar and vocabulary, related to topics close to students and everyday life.
Pronounce correctly, maintain natural conversations and confidently talk in English with foreigners.
Can apply vocabulary and grammar in writing, begin to write short paragraphs or essays describing scenes, people and narrating things and events.
Form and develop learning skills (independent thinking, self-study...) and social skills (working in groups, working independently...)
Ready to participate in the national & international English exam for elementary school students or transfer to the English course for middle school students.

Teaching methods

The teaching method applied to students at this level is to create an English speaking environment in class, helping them to have English speaking reflexes in all situations. The lecture is built based on the modern learning form ACTIVE LEARNING - learning foreign languages ​​through activities and contexts. Children will learn sentence patterns through songs and games, and learn vocabulary through Grim's fairy tales and famous cartoons. Learning is organized in diverse and highly interactive forms of communication in pairs, small groups, and through competitive games, which will help students confidently express their ideas in English. in the most proactive & natural way.

Lecturers
The Primary English Program is designed by a team of Vietnamese teachers and native teachers with specialized qualifications and many years of pedagogical experience. The grammar module will be taught in detail and thoroughly by Vietnamese teachers to ensure a solid understanding for students. In addition, native teachers will be in charge of teaching the communication module (Listening - Speaking).
